Candidates are required to have:
- University Degree in any discipline. (Candidates from disciplines other than business administration must attend online pre-courses from November);
- International profile with at least two years professional experience;
- Fluency in English;
- Italian language instruction;
- SDA test and MAFED essay;
- Applicants may be required to have an interview with the program Director either in Milano at SDA Bocconi or in alternative remotely (via webcam).

The application form is available exclusively online before October 9, 2023 and must be completed with accurate and precise information regarding your personal and professional experiences and your reasons for attending the Program.

The application form must be completed with:
- Degree Certificate and a Detailed CV;
- Copy of Passport or ID;
- Two letters of reference;
- SDA test and MAFED Essay;
- Interview.

The application must also be accompanied by:
- Photo to be uploaded to the online application;
- Payment of 120 € application fee (using the special form in the application form);
- Copy of your passport or ID.

One year

The total fee for the program is 36.000 € to be paid in four installments.
Each year multiple scholarships and tuition waivers are available for outstanding candidates, thanks to the ongoing support of companies, other organizations, as well as our alumni and current students.

The Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management (MAFED) is an intensive 1-year full-time experience that provides you with the most solid management skills to work in highly creative industries, where the value of unlimited imagination needs to be combined with enhanced methodologies and analytical capabilities, consistent strategies and carefully targeted marketing initiatives, new managerial tools and rigorous KPIs.

The program’s structure is highly interdisciplinary. The strong partnership between SDA Bocconi and the business community is to ensure a perfect fusion of art, craftsmanship, and science, which is the essence of fashion and design.

The MAFED program offers you general management courses and specialized courses in fashion, design, and experience management, field projects, and advanced seminars. If you do not have a business background, you can attend preliminary courses before the start of the program. At the end of the program you will have a solid understanding of business planning, marketing, and control tools, and you will be able to apply advanced product, brand, and retail management techniques in a fast-moving and global business environment.

MAFED trains young professionals for the most-sought-after positions in areas such as merchandising, product management, branding, retail and store management, business development, licensing, communication, and PR.
